Obituary:

Berke, Judith "Judie" Lynn Niman Age 68, of Plymouth, MN passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2009. Judie was born November 8, 1940 in Minneapolis, MN where she graduated from Minneapolis North High School. She went on to raise a loving and devoted family. Judie is fondly remembered by her family and many friends as a kind, generous and loving person who truly had a heart of gold. Most notably, Judie will be remembered for her selfless nature, always putting the wants and needs of those around her before her own. She is preceded in death by her parents, Miles and Ann Niman. She is survived by loving daughters, Julie Robinson of Cottage Grove, MN and Lori Berke of Phoenix, AZ; devoted sons-in-law, David Robinson and Jeffrey Dick; step-grandson, Matthew Dick; sister, Margie Goodman; brother, Bill Niman. Memorial service will be held on February 20, 2009 at 1:30PM at TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Avenue South, Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Animal Humane Society of Hennepin County, 845 Meadow Lane N., Golden Valley, MN 55422, Phone, (763) 489-2235.
